I took 4 Fenugreek pills this morning and about 10 minutes later i burped and powder came out in a cloud like smoke does. I could feel some powder in my throat after that as well... Am I the only one, and is that normal in some cases?Is it normal to burp Fenugreek powder shortly after taking it?

from what i found u shouldnt take those unless ok by a doctor.

fenugreek is NOT recommended during pregnancy. Studies are inconculusive in humans but in animals it has caused uterine stimulation and has the same effect as oxytocin, which is the hormone that causes the uterus to contract during labour.
