Jello, How does it go from powder form to gelatin?

ChemicallyJello, How does it go from powder form to gelatin?
well you see you have the square root of 36 which equals mc squared and then yo divide that by 69 and...wait why am i telling you this? you are the rocket scientist! i should be asking you this!Jello, How does it go from powder form to gelatin?
Gelatin used in Jello or bought separately forms long bond organic molecules, trapping water. When you wet with hot water the dehydrated and ground powder, it absorbs and bonds water then the molecules begin bonding with each other as it sets. It comes apart when heated due to the excess activity of the molecules and the weak bonding.
It's alive.
it has something to do with bone marrow used in the ingredients
i duno who cares
ive never really thought about that

hm...i wonder?

it must be magic
its just going back to its original state((animal cardalidge for all u vegeterians))
you pour water on it and stick it in the fridge. that's how
its magical. the process happens at the ref.
well i am known to be the queen of jello ( and it mite sound yucky but jello gets all jiggly from smushed cow bones thats how it gets its form) shhhhhhhhhh...... not many people know that
add water than put in fridge for it to sit and solidify
you mix it with water and the chemical reaction gos BOOM!

haha

im not sure sorry

ask a science teacher or something
it is a chemical reaction with the water and the coolness from the refigirator! yummy!=]
