What is the difference between a powder coated metal, and a thermo-enamelled one?

For example in the process, cost, finished look (glossy or matt), durability etc. What is the difference between a powder coated metal, and a thermo-enamelled one?
the thermal enamel is thicker therfore more durable but its not as flexible so it depends on what its used for

for vehicles for example its better to use powder coat because of the vibration

the thermal enamel is more glossy and also more expensive of course you can pick a flat enamel as well stove grates for a gas stove have thermal enamel on themWhat is the difference between a powder coated metal, and a thermo-enamelled one?
Powder coating is essentially plastic, and flexible.

Thermo-enamel is basically glass, which is not very flexible, easy to chip, but susceptible to higher heat.
