How do you make chocolate chips ( with cocoa powder)??

i want to make chocolate chips can i do so by mixing cocoa powder, milk and water and boiling the three, letting it cool and cutting it into chunks for my chocolate chip cookies. i would by regular chocolate chips but i want to know if that could work!How do you make chocolate chips ( with cocoa powder)??
If you want to make something that will look kind of like chocolate chips, mix together 1/3 cocoa, 1/3 sugar, and 1/3 crisco. That's about as close as you can get with things you're likely to have at home and they'll still ruin your cookies. Sorry, you basically have to buy them.How do you make chocolate chips ( with cocoa powder)??
