Ive been thinking of getting the body fortress protein powder from holland and barrets because its fairly cheap. I saw the argos one for only 5 pounds so i avoided that because its so cheap compared to other ones so it looks dodgy.
Any suggestions please? i dont really want to spend more than 15 pounds on a 908g container.

ive tried some ? i think they all crap.. b6 or b12 vitamins..that stuff is more powder than what its worth.. its weight gain..i dont recomend any ot that stuff
its like whey mix or whey powder my dad uses it and it seems to work fine for him
