Any protein powder requires lots of weight training in order to gain muscle and not fat. Muscle will make him gain weight.





Want to get big? Eat protein 6-8 times a day. Never eat meat bigger than the size of your palm. Beans like Northern Beans are a great source of protein





WORKOUT! Work hard! Find a weight you can do 3-5 times.


Say you bench 150 10 times no problem. Instead bench press 185 3-5 times. The weight I used was just an example. I don't know what you can do.





Do three sets of 3-5 repititions

I don't believe that any powder creates muscle itself. Creating muscle is a physical change that only our bodies can accomplish by turning fat tissue into muscle tissue...
more muscle = more weight
