What is the best powder, that isn't foundation, but works well to cover?

Well people have there opinions, and i have had suggestions for M.A.C and Clinique. Now its time to choose. Which one has better powders, and concelers, that aren't foundations. bare minerals is the best! but mac is great too.

Use bare minerals its better than mac and clinique and you can get some on ebay for really cheap:)
Covergirl clean make up pressed powder, bare minerals if you want something heavier.

I also prefer Bare Minerals as appose to Mac. Mac seems heavier then the Bare Minerals. Bare Minerals is a foundation, but is light, so I don't break out like I did with Mac. Plus it save me $$$.
Minerals because you control how they go on like a powder or like a foundation. Try Skinfully Bare you can find it on Etsy.com I wear it like powder in the daytime so I don't look like I have makeup on. It covers really good.
I've been wearing Clinique's Almost Powder for a while and I love it! The powder is not too heavy, and it contains an SPF15. I also have very fair skin and have a hard time finding powder or foundation that matched my skintone, but their ';01 Fair (VF)'; shade is a perfect match. Before buying it, I received a free sample, and it has lasted me 2 months.
