Do u think baking powder vs baking soda is a good project for science fair ?Is baking powder vs baking soda a good project?
Baking soda releases carbon dioxide immediately and goods must be baked immediately (similar to single acting baking powder) but double acting baking powder releases carbon dioxide at room temperature and later while baking and goods may set longer before baking. Both are leavening agents to make goods rise but each has appropriate applications in the kitchen.Is baking powder vs baking soda a good project?
errrr it doesn't have quite the same appeal as the terribly stereotypical baking powder and vinegar volcano. But sure, i guess that could work. Ummm just one thing, is there a difference between the two... I always thought they were the same thing...
