Wow, you could almost use this with most anything that you're breading, either meats, poultry, fish or a mixed shell fish dish, either sauteing or deep frying, I see this recipe as a beginning to almost any dish, really. This would be my first pan of a coating, next would be an egg wash and a breadcrumb coating, but starting with a seasoned flour bath only enhances the flavor of almost any dish! Happy Cooking to you!
I know...if you mix those ingredients with red seedless grapes, evaporated milk, and a pie crust...you can make....well....actually....I have no clue....

On second thought, can't you make meatloaf with those ingredients? I heart meatloaf....

Good luck babe!
Sounds like the coating for a lot of things, including fish, chicken, pork chops, and Chicken fried steak.
