Can i apply face powder after applying toner and moisturizer?

i don't know but after applying moisturizer, my face looks so dirty. can i use face powderCan i apply face powder after applying toner and moisturizer?
Yes you can but you should wait a few minutes between each thing. Once you wash your face pat it dry and apply your toner. Then wait 3 minutes at least before applying your moisturizer. Don't go too heavy on the moisturizer. Then wait like 5 minutes to put the powder on. Your skin needs time to absorb everything you place on it. So try to run around a do like one thing in between the waiting time so that you aren't standing at the sink waiting. You will see a huge difference. yes you can just give it about 15mins to soak into your skin before you apply the powder or else it'll look really blotchy
