It expired in 08/08 but its still 08/08. its whey protein powder. and i have to mix it with water. would it still be ok to drink?Would it be ok to drink 1 month old protein powder?
If it has been kept in proper conditions, it will last a year or two longer than the expiration. If kept in hot or humid conditions, it may not even last to the expiration date.Would it be ok to drink 1 month old protein powder?
